This milestone represents a significant step in the group's growth strategy, which aims to actively contribute to the development of the local market by offering specialised services in Recruitment &amp; Selection, Professional Training, Consultancy and Outsourcing.<\/p>\n<p>Wellow Network's new branch will have a strong focus on training people and supporting companies, promoting innovative business solutions and creating job opportunities. In this initial phase, the company is particularly committed to the Contact Centre and Hospitality sectors, having already completed several deals in the Contact Centre sector and with commercial proposals in the negotiation phase.<\/p>\n<p>The project is moving forward with the support of strategic partnerships including the Cape Verde Chamber of Commerce, Unitel T+ and the Portuguese Medical Association, strengthening the group's commitment to sustainable development and boosting the Cape Verdean economy.<\/p>\n<p>The choice of Cape Verde for Wellow's first internationalisation project is based on cultural and strategic factors, such as linguistic proximity, strong historical links and the stability of the country, which is proving to be a favourable environment for Portuguese investment. This step represents a pilot project, with the aim of expanding the group's presence to other international markets in the future.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e9sar Santos, Founder and President of Wellow Network, emphasises the importance of this new chapter: \"Over the last 25 years Wellow Network has grown, diversified its services and business areas. This year we are also preparing to diversify our geographies by opening a branch in Cape Verde. With this step we intend to take our human resources services offer to a country that is closely linked to Portugal, sharing the same language, culture and values framework.\"<\/p>\n<p>Tiago Esteves, Knower's Chief Sales Officer and head of Wellow Network's Cape Verde project, stresses the importance of this move for the company and the local community: \"Embracing the challenge of internationalising the group is a huge privilege, as Wellow Network employs around 5,000 people in Portugal, 4% of whom are of Cape Verdean origin.
