The acquisition adds around 12 million euros in turnover to the Talenter<\/a>, brings together 650 temporary workers and strengthens its expertise and presence in the agri-food sector. Through this operation, the Talenter<\/a> paves the way for the company to achieve a turnover of 100 million euros as early as 2026.<\/p>\n

Wellow Network has acquired a 100% stake in A Tempor\u00e1ria, a temporary employment agency with a turnover of around 12 million euros and a significant presence in the agri-food and contract catering sectors, amongst others.
\nThe operation forms part of Wellow Network\u2019s growth and diversification strategy and represents a significant strengthening of the company\u2019s Talenter<\/a>, a brand that focuses on the business of Human Resources<\/a> of the group. Following the acquisition, the Talenter<\/a> It will increase its turnover by around 13% compared with 2025 and pave the way for it to reach the \u20ac100 million turnover milestone in 2026.<\/p>\n

Strategic Strengthening of the Agri-Food Sector<\/strong><\/p>\n

The acquisition is particularly significant in light of the recent commitment by the Talenter<\/a> in the agri-food sector, where a specialised business unit has been set up to meet the specific needs of companies and professionals in this field.
\nThe integration of A Tempor\u00e1ria will help to accelerate this strategy by bringing in new clients, professionals, specialist knowledge and a local presence. The operation integrates into the Talenter<\/a> an in-house team of 10 professionals and around 650 temporary staff, serving a client base of approximately 60 clients, with projects located mainly in the Central and Northern regions of the country.
\nThe A Tempor\u00e1ria branch in Caldas da Rainha is also joining Talenter\u2019s national network, which now comprises 17 delegations<\/a>, spread from north to south across the country, including Madeira and the Azores.
\n\u201cThis acquisition is particularly important for two reasons. Firstly, it enables us to accelerate Talenter\u2019s entry into the agri-food sector, a business area we have identified as strategic and in which we wish to establish a significant position. Secondly, it adds expertise and scale, creating the conditions for Talenter to reach \u20ac100 million in turnover this year and for Wellow Network to reach \u20ac250 million in turnover by 2030,\u201d he says Cesar Santos<\/a>, CEO & Chairman of Wellow Network.<\/p>\n

Growing through Skills and Scale<\/strong><\/p>\n

The acquisition of A Tempor\u00e1ria is part of Wellow Network\u2019s active M&A strategy, through which the group aims to accelerate growth, achieve economies of scale and bring in expertise in areas considered strategic.
\nFollowing the acquisition of the Constant Portugal Group, this is a new transaction identified by Wellow Network as an opportunity to complement and strengthen its business.

The position it holds today in the agri-food sector and the presence it has built up in other sectors are down to its team. We buy to keep. Closing the deal is the start of the work, not the end: what matters to us is what we\u2019re going to build from here on, bringing this team and this expertise to the group\u2019s scale,\u201d he says Diogo Santos<\/a>, Chief Investment Officer at Wellow Network.
\nThe integration of the team into the structure of the Wellow Network and the Talenter<\/a> It will begin in September, as part of a gradual process of aligning operations and identifying synergies, whilst ensuring the continuity of relationships with customers, staff and partners.<\/p>\n

The operation comes at a time of transformation for Talenter. With 27 years in business, the company has been diversifying its sectoral presence and strengthening its teams\u2019 expertise through Business Units<\/a> specialising in Services, Logistics, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Construction and the Agri-food sector.
\nAt the same time, it has been expanding its value proposition beyond temporary work by strengthening its specialist recruitment services, which target qualified candidates and permanent job opportunities, and by Talenter Learning<\/a>, dedicated to vocational training and skills development.<\/p>\n
