Wellow Network, a Portuguese business group specialising in Human Resources, Outsourcing and Management Solutions, announces the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Grupo Constant Portugal, a Spanish company with a presence in Portugal and a turnover of 20 million euros.
This operation is part of Wellow Network's growth strategy until 2030, which aims to double turnover, strengthen internal competences and consolidate strategic areas of activity.
With this acquisition, Wellow Network expands its client portfolio by 150 and strengthens its operations in Temporary Assignment and Outsourcing, especially for the Industry and Logistics sectors.
It represents the integration of 1,350 professionals, 45 in-house and the rest allocated to client projects and 6 operational delegations: Viana do Castelo, Águeda, Trofa, Porto, Marinha Grande and Vila Franca de Xira.

Grupo Constant Portugal will maintain its organisational structure, management team and operational team in Portugal, guaranteeing continuity in its relationship with clients and partners. The integration of the operations is expected to take place by the end of October, in a phased process that will allow synergies to be aligned and the offer of value to the market to be optimised.
With this acquisition, Wellow Network strengthens its ability to respond to demanding and constantly changing contexts, consolidating internal competences and reinforcing its position as one of the leading players in the services sector in Portugal.
