With over 20 years' experience in the Human Resources, Outsourcing and Temporary Work sector, Andrea Nunes joins Wellow Network's Board of Directors to accelerate growth and consolidate the group's presence in Portugal.
Wellow Network announces the appointment of Andrea Nunes as group director, reinforcing its commitment to management and leadership skills and international experience to support its strategy of growth and diversification of business areas.
With a degree in Human Resources Management, she began her career in 2002 as an HR consultant at Randstad, then took on the role of Product Manager, where she led the development of the Horeca, Bank & Insurance and Outsourcing channels at national level.
At the age of 29, she was invited to join Egor's Executive Management in the Temporary Work area, having led the group to win the Best Supplier in the Sector Award between 2014 and 2016.
In 2016, he took on the challenge of launching the Spanish group Constant's business in Portugal, transforming an unknown brand into a robust operation that, by 2025, has 7 offices, 50 direct employees, more than 1,300 professionals working with clients and a turnover of 20 million euros.

Married and the mother of two children aged 14 and 19, she grew up in an entrepreneurial family linked to the automotive sector, but soon chose to follow her own path. She believes that the experience she gained early on in the family business has given her a competitive edge in the labour market.
Passionate about travel and enriching experiences, she defines herself as someone who is oriented towards organisation and detail. Cooking is one of her passions, which she sees as "an act of love and care for those closest to us".
