With over 20 years' experience in Human Resources, Quality and Project Management, André Borralho is Wellow Network's new Chief People Officer, bringing a solid track record in national and multinational companies and a vision of the future for people development and organisational culture.
Wellow Network announces the appointment of André Borralho as the group's Chief People Officer (CPO), reinforcing its strategic commitment to the People & Culture area as the foundation for the growth and development of its subsidiary companies.
With a degree in Human Resources Management from the School of Business Sciences of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (2003), he began his career at TNT Express Portugal, worked for the Urbanos Group and, since 2016, has been part of the Constant Portugal Group, recently acquired by Wellow Network.
"It is with a high level of enthusiasm, expectation and a great desire to add value that I join the Wellow Network. I believe I can actively contribute to the People & Culture area continuing to be a strategic element in the development of the Wellow universe," says André Borralho.

In addition to his professional career, André emphasises his family as his point of balance. A compulsive reader of historical novels and biographies, he also confesses a passion for the culture of the British Isles, which he visits frequently. Music also occupies a special place, with an emphasis on the timeless Beatles and Queen.
