Wellow Network announces the appointment of Rui Barroso as the group's Financial Director, in a move that strengthens the leadership team and consolidates the group's commitment to expansion and financial sustainability.
With a degree in Business Organisation and Management from ISCTE, Rui Barroso has built a solid career strongly linked to the Human Resources sector.
With 30 years of professional experience, 18 of which have been dedicated to the Human Resources sector (Outsourcing, Temporary Work and Recruitment & Selection), Rui Barroso has spent most of his career in multinational environments.
He began his career in 1995, working for companies such as PwC - PricewaterhouseCoopers, Samsung, Randstad, Kelly Services and Gi Group.
At Kelly Services, where he stayed for 15 years, he took on the role of CFO in Portugal from the outset, with responsibilities in international markets such as Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy and Hungary from the start of 2017.
More recently, between 2023 and 2024, he was Vice-President of the EMEA region, CEO in Portugal and Vice-President of the Board of Apespe-RH, until the sale of Kelly's European operation.

In addition to his professional career, Rui values the time he spends with his family, which he considers to be his main pillar. He enjoys the cinema, reading, hiking and running, all of which he does in his spare time.
