We were awarded 1st place in the Consultancy and Professional Services sector in the 10th edition of the People Engagement Survey.

Wellow Network was awarded 1st place among Large Companies in the Consulting and Professional Services sector in the 10th edition of the People Engagement Survey, an organisational climate study promoted by Cegoc, with scientific coordination by ISCTE Executive Education.

For the second consecutive year participating in this study, we also came 6th in the overall ranking of Large Companies (with more than 251 employees), reinforcing our position among the organisations with the highest levels of involvement and commitment from their people.

This recognition highlights Wellow Network's ongoing commitment to promoting a solid, inclusive and people-centred organisational culture, where well-being, satisfaction and individual development are strategic priorities. We remain focused on creating a work environment where every employee can thrive, grow and actively contribute to collective success.

This year's People Engagement Survey confirms a structural change in the concept of engagement. The results indicate that employee engagement no longer depends exclusively on traditional factors such as pay or stability, but is now directly linked to dimensions such as psychological well-being, organisational culture and the integration of new ways of working and technology, including artificial intelligence.

Among the main factors driving engagement in the best-rated organisations are wellbeing policies, alignment between individual and organisational values, strategic clarity and the quality of internal communication.

André Borralho, Chief People Officer, says that «for Wellow Network, this recognition reinforces its position as an organisation that puts people at the heart of its strategy, keeping up with emerging trends and actively contributing to building more humane, sustainable and future-oriented work cultures».
