Senior HR Consultant (M/F/D)

To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a Senior HR Consultant who can effectively recruit and place employees on a temporary basis.

What are you going to do?

You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment and placement cycle, ensuring that each Client receives the best talent and that each employee finds the right opportunity. Key responsibilities include:

Publish job vacancies and manage applications, using digital platforms and internal databases.
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
Ensuring the necessary documentation for admission, in accordance with internal procedures and applicable legislation.
Accompanying temporary staff and clients, guaranteeing quality in service provision and proposing solutions to operational challenges, as well as supporting integration and ensuring the satisfaction of both.
Collaborate with the administrative team, ensuring that all hiring and contract management processes are correctly recorded.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Training in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or similar areas.
Experience in recruitment - ideally in Temporary Work.
Communication skills, dynamism and the ability to manage priorities in an agile context.
People-orientated, solutions-focused and a love of working closely with others.
Driving licence (preferred) - we value your presence with the customer.
