Wellow Network holds 1st Leaders' Meeting at Altis Belém
The Altis Belém hosted the 1st edition of the Wellow Network Leaders' Meeting, This was a moment of strategic alignment, reflection and projection of the future for the group's ecosystem.
The meeting revisited 2025, analysing objectives and sharing results in the five strategic dimensions that structure Wellow's operations: Performance, Profitability, Quality & Innovation, Commitment and Sustainability.
The meeting involved the group's entire brand ecosystem - Header, Talenter, Knower, Futurcabo, Exact Insurance, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Atlantic Portugal, Timeless and Wellow Network - reinforcing the integrated vision that characterises the holding company's operating model.
The members of Wellow Network's Board of Directors were present, as well as the corporate departments of Brands, Marketing and Sustainability; People & Culture; Legal & Compliance; Finance; and Quality & Technological Innovation. The Chief Executive Officers of the group's different brands also took part, in a transversal alignment exercise that demonstrates the organisation's capacity for execution, leadership and strategic vision.
The year 2025 was marked by solid indicators of growth and consolidation:
- 152 million in turnover (+29% compared to 2024)
- More than 1,000 corporate clients
- More than 8,500 employees on multiple operational fronts
These results confirm Wellow as a robust, multi-sector entrepreneurial ecosystem with sustained growth.
For 2026, the group has defined a set of clear strategic priorities:
- Strengthening brand awareness, positioning and reputation
- Ambition and commercial focus
- Leadership qualification and development
- Innovation, empowerment, engagement and experience
- Reinforced commitment to sustainability and ESG principles
The occasion was also marked by the integration of Nuno Cochicho as Talenter's new Chief Operations Officer, taking on the leadership of the five Temporary Work Business Units - an important step in strengthening the group's operational structure.
The 1st Leaders' Meeting of 2026 was thus a milestone in the journey of the organisation. Wellow Network, and consolidating a collaborative governance model and a strategy geared towards the group's growth and excellence.
