The creation of Header was in response to a complementary positioning to Talenter's service, occupying the premium Human Resources space, both in terms of service and target audience. For Wellow, Header is strategic in affirming the group as a specialist in people management. A brand with an integrated range of services for any organisation or professional throughout their working life.
Conceived from the need and opportunity to set up a people management company that would energise the temporary work sector, it was taken on as a project to break with the dominant "modus operandi". With a vision based on the need to humanise labour relations, the quality of service and business ethics are the main factors for success. Talenter has played and continues to play an active role in boosting the employment market and improving the level of service, particularly in sectors such as Construction, Hospitality and Telecommunications, building loyalty among employees and clients, consolidating partnerships that have proved to be long-lasting and seeking to create a positive impact in the communities where it operates.

After more than 17 years serving the hospitality industry with human resources, Wellow Group has decided to take on its first own catering project, Intemporal. Intemporal is a fine dining restaurant that aims to leave a mark on the national haute cuisine map in the municipality of Oeiras, more precisely in Paço de Arcos. This project came about through a partnership with Oeiras Town Hall, in which we were given the concession to operate the property, which was in ruins, known as the Casa do Fiscal.
