We're looking for people who are people, who have a world in their heads. We're looking for people who take risks, who are keen to learn, who roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

 It is based on a Y-shaped structure, with a shared basic path, followed by a moment of evaluation and decision by the upper branches. These higher branches represent two specific areas that coexist in the teams: Technical Specialisation and Management and Leadership.

Throughout the Y model, six levels are defined with a set of competences, benefits and expectations. Associated with each level there is also a set of training programmes and skills to be developed in order to move up to the next level.
