Wellow Network beats national benchmarks in Organisational Climate and wins recognition in the CEGOC and ISCTE Executive Education study.
Wellow Network was recognised for its excellent results in the People Engagement Survey 2024, a national benchmark study carried out by CEGOC, in partnership with ISCTE Executive Education, which assesses the Organisational Climate and the development of Human Capital in Portuguese organisations.
With an overall score of 80.6, Wellow Network significantly exceeds the national average of 70.1, standing out as one of the organisations with best practices in engagement, leadership and organisational culture.
The main indicators include:
- Overall satisfaction: 79.9 (benchmark: 66.6)
- Organisational Involvement: 80.9 (benchmark: 70.8)
- Management Practices: 97.2 (benchmark: 81.0)
- Pride and Reputation: 83.0 (benchmark: 74.0)
In the organisational dynamics indicators, the results also reveal an above-average performance:
- Organisational Dynamics: 84.3 (benchmark: 70.7)
- Sustainability, Diversity and Social Responsibility: 86.2 (benchmark: 73.5)
- Strategic Orientation: 82.8 (benchmark: 68.4)
And in people practices, leadership and team cohesion are clear highlights:
- General Practice: 81.9 (benchmark: 69.5)
- Leadership Practices: 85.5 (benchmark: 74.6)
- Team cohesion: 84.6 (benchmark: 72.2)
- Information, Communication and Integration: 79.0 (benchmark: 63.5)
- Coordination and Integration: 75.2 (benchmark: 61.6)
These results demonstrate a strong, inclusive and people-oriented organisational culture. They also reveal Wellow Network's commitment to creating positive working environments, where professional development and team well-being are prioritised.

In 2024, dozens of large, medium and small companies took part.
