For 3.º he largest Portuguese human resources management group has been awarded the Happiness Works label for the past year, recognising its consistent commitment to the well-being and happiness of its employees.
For the third year running, Wellow Network has been awarded the Happiness Works label, which recognises the organisations in Portugal with the best practices in terms of happiness and well-being at work. The award, promoted annually by the Happiness Works study, assesses organisational happiness based on the perception of the employees themselves, which reinforces the authenticity and impact of this recognition.
The study, conducted by experts in the fields of organisational behaviour, management and human development, measures indicators such as purpose at work, alignment of values, quality of leadership, recognition and organisational environment. In 2025, Wellow Network once again stands out as one of the companies with the highest scores in these dimensions, reaffirming its place among the best work environments in Portugal.
"Receiving this label for the third year running is much more than an award - it's confirmation that our commitment to people is perceived and experienced in a real, consistent and collective way. We believe that a culture of well-being and focus on people is the foundation of any high-performance organisation," says Tatiana Vale, Chief Marketing Officer at Wellow Network.
The award reinforces Wellow Network's internal strategy based on humanism, an approach that goes far beyond traditional human resources practices.
Happiness Works' recognition is also a reflection of the group's ongoing investment in sustainable practices, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, namely SDG 3 (Health and Well-being) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
Wellow Network would like to thank all the people who, every day, contribute to building a working environment based on trust, collaboration and professional fulfilment. This achievement belongs to everyone - and for everyone.
