HR Consultant (M/F/D) - Algarve

To reinforce our operations in the Algarve, we are looking for an HR Consultant who can efficiently handle the administrative process for temporary workers in the Hospitality sector.

What are you going to do?
You will be responsible for ensuring the entire administrative process of hiring and contract management of Temporary Work employees.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing and organising employee processes.
- Ensuring the necessary documentation for admission, in accordance with internal procedures and applicable legislation.
- Entering and updating data in the system;
- Accompanying temporary staff and clients, guaranteeing quality in service provision and proposing solutions to operational challenges, as well as supporting integration and ensuring the satisfaction of both.
- Support in recruitment and selection (CV screening and interview scheduling).
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Training in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or similar areas.
- Experience in the administrative area, ideally in Temporary Work (preferably in the Hotel sector).
- Communication skills, dynamism and the ability to manage priorities in an agile context.
- People-orientated, solutions-focused and a love of working closely with others.
- Driving licence (preferred)
- Fluency in English.
