The challenge
Taking on a key role in conducting strategic recruitment processes, contributing directly to the growth and success of our Clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting recruitment processes end-to-end, from research to the final shortlist
- Presenting strategic recommendations to clients, with technical and behavioural rationale
- Working side by side with Hiring Managers, ensuring continuous alignment
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
- Leading project teams and promoting a collaborative environment
- Ensuring a transparent, close and trustworthy customer experience
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Training in Psychology, Human Resources or similar areas
- Training in candidate assessment methodologies (preferred)
- At least 5 years' experience in recruiting Middle and Top Management profiles
- Experience in executive search or specialised recruitment
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects
- Mastery of digital tools (Office 365 and recruitment platforms)
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish
