We're looking for a Senior Business Manager to lead and expand our operation in the area of Maintenance & Facilities, in one of the fastest growing and most demanding areas in Portugal - the Comporta region.
The challenge
- Leading the operations of technical cleaning, glazing and pool/equipment maintenance
- Develop and expand the business in the Grândola / Comporta region
- Ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency and safety
- Coordinating operational and technical teams in the field
- Identify opportunities for growth and new partnerships
- Implementing continuous improvements and sustainable practices
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty premium
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Solid experience in operational management and/or business development (facility services, technical cleaning or similar)
- Ability to lead and manage teams in the field
- Strong orientation towards results and growth
- Experience or contact with technical operations and working at heights (valued)
- Dynamic, autonomous profile with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ease of relationship and proximity to clients
