Accounting Manager (F/M/D)

THE CHALLENGE
You will play a central role in the Group's accounting coordination, ensuring the reliability of information, compliance with legal obligations and the continuous evolution of processes.
WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO
Accounting Coordination
- Leading and developing the accounts team
- Co-ordinate and supervise the general accounts and periodic accounts (individual and consolidated)
- Ensuring the quality, consistency and integrity of accounting information
- Supporting the CFO in relations with external auditors and consultants
- Ensuring compliance with tax, legal and regulatory obligations
Improvement and Innovation Projects
- Identifying opportunities to optimise accounting processes
- Contribute to the implementation/evolution of ERPs and IT tools. reporting
- Promoting automation and operational efficiency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Management or similar
- Solid experience in accounting and taxation, with coordination functions
- Knowledge of Portuguese accounting standards and consolidation of accounts
- Proven experience in team management
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation
- Experience in service environments (HR, Temporary Work, Outsourcing) will be valued
