Wellow Network named a Superbrand 2026

The Wellow Network is part of the group of brands recognised by Superbrands Portugal, an accolade that recognises the strength, relevance and excellence of the corporate brand.

A Wellow Network was recognised as Superbrand 2026, thereby joining the group of brands recognised by Superbrands Portugal for their excellence and significance in the market.
This accolade comes at a time when Wellow Network is growing and consolidating its position as a Human-Powered Ecosystem, and recognises the journey of a corporate brand which, over the past 27 years, has kept pace with the group’s evolution and diversification, which today boasts a turnover in excess of 150 million euros, eight specialist brands, more than 8,500 active employees and over 1,000 business clients.
“This recognition reflects a 27-year journey characterised by growth and our ability to reinvent ourselves, whilst always keeping people at the heart of what we do. Today we are a more diverse and specialised ecosystem, which continues to believe in the same idea that lay at our foundation: people are the driving and transformative forces behind organisations,” says César Santos, CEO, Founder and Chairman of Wellow Network.
The development of the Wellow Network brand has kept pace with the group’s own evolution, seeking to establish a shared identity across an ecosystem of distinct brands, businesses and projects. Under the ‘Human Powered Ecosystem’ concept, it recognises people as the unifying force behind its culture, positioning and relationships with employees, customers, partners and the community.
“Being named a Superbrand 2026 is a highly significant external endorsement of the path we have been forging as a corporate brand. Our challenge has been to transform the scale and diversity of the Wellow Network into a distinctive and recognisable brand, without losing the identity of the brands that make up the ecosystem. ”This recognition reinforces our ambition to continue building awareness and reputation around what sets us apart: an ecosystem of brands, businesses and projects, genuinely driven by, for and through people,” says Tatiana Vale, Chief Marketing Officer at Wellow Network.

Recognition as Superbrand 2026 This joins a number of other accolades and indicators associated with Wellow Network’s reputation and culture. In 2026, the group was included, for the fourth year running, in the Top 30 happiest companies to work for in Portugal, in the ‘Happiness Works’ study, and achieved the 1st place in the Consultancy and Professional Services sector, amongst large companies, in the Cegoc/ISCTE People Engagement Survey. The most recent Internal Reputation Barometer also awarded the organisation an overall rating of 9.05 out of 10.
The award thus adds a new dimension to Wellow Network’s journey of growth and diversification, recognising the strength of the brand that brings the entire ecosystem together.
