We are looking for Room Assistant who share this vision and want to join a team dedicated to excellence.
YOUR ROLE
- Welcoming and accompanying customers, guaranteeing a careful and personalised service
- Support room service, ensuring fluidity and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to provide a consistent experience
- Preparing and organising the room before, during and after the service
- Contributing to an elegant, cosy and professional atmosphere
- Anticipating customer needs and responding proactively
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Restaurant experience (preferably in a catering environment) premium or fine dining)
- Strong customer orientation and a love of service
- Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Careful presentation and professional attitude
- Dynamism, proactivity and willingness to learn
WHAT WE VALUE
- Knowledge of wine and table service
- Experience in concept or signature restaurants
- Fluency in English (or other languages)
