Do you enjoy working with people, but are you also the sort of person who doesn’t let a single detail slip by? We’re looking for a People Relations Partner to join the People & Performance team and support our project-based staff at various stages of their experience.

WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO

  • Monitor the processes of appointment and termination, including social security and related administrative procedures;
  • Prepare, organise and keep the contractual documentation of staff;

  • Manage the requests and processes relating to meal vouchers;
  • To ensure the data entry and updating in HR systems;
  • Monitor and check the staff attendance, ensuring that the correct information is provided for processing;
  • Carry out the entering and approving reasons for absence, holidays and other events;
  • To support and carry out the various tasks involved in the payroll processing (Payroll), ensuring that the necessary information is verified and that the agreed deadlines are met;
  • To ensure compliance with the legal and administrative obligations relating to staff management;
  • Supporting staff in issues relating to your career path and HR processes, ensuring a responsive and effective approach;
  • Work with the People & Performance team on the continuous improvement of processes and staff experience.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Training in Human Resources, Management, Administration or a similar field;
  • Knowledge or experience in administrative management of human resources and Payroll — valued;
  • A strong sense of responsibility, rigour and confidentiality;
  • Strong ability to organisation and attention to detail;
  • Good ability to communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactivity, autonomy and eagerness to learn;
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and knowledge of MS Office;
  • I enjoy working as part of a team and finding solutions to day-to-day challenges.

WHAT DO WE VALUE?

Rather than simply someone who carries out tasks, we are looking for someone who realises that Behind every process there is an employee.

Someone who is organised, available and nearby, and who’s a good fit rigour in administrative management with a genuine focus on people, helping to create a simpler, smoother and more positive experience.

What we have to offer

  • Integration into a group that believes in you and your development.
  • A humanist, collaborative and impact-orientated culture.
  • Real opportunities for growth and continuous learning.
  • Challenging projects where your work makes a difference to people's futures.
