THE CHALLENGE
You will play a central role in the Group's financial and accounting coordination, ensuring the reliability of information, compliance with legal obligations and the continuous evolution of processes.
WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO
Financial and Accounting Coordination
- Leading and developing the accounts team
- Co-ordinate and supervise the general accounts and periodic accounts (individual and consolidated)
- Ensuring the quality, consistency and integrity of financial information
- Supporting the CFO in relations with external auditors and consultants
- Ensuring compliance with tax, legal and regulatory obligations (including transfer pricing)
Improvement and Innovation Projects
- Identifying opportunities to optimise accounting processes
- Contributing to the implementation/development of ERPs and reporting tools
- Promoting automation and operational efficiency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Management or similar
- Solid experience in accounting and taxation, with coordination functions
- Knowledge of Portuguese accounting standards and consolidation of accounts
- Proven experience in team management
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation
- Experience in service environments (HR, Temporary Work, Outsourcing) will be valued
