HR Consultant (M/F/D) - Professional Traineeship

To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a Human Resources Trainee, to support the recruitment and management processes of Temporary Work employees.

What are you going to do?
During the internship, you will accompany and support the recruitment and placement cycle, developing essential skills in the Human Resources area. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the publication of job vacancies and screening applications;
- Taking part in scheduling and conducting interviews;
- Assisting in the assessment of candidates, according to the requirements of the job;
- Collaborate in organising the documentation required for admission;
- Accompanying temporary staff and supporting contact with clients;
- Support administrative and contract management processes;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Higher education (or in the process of completing it) in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or similar areas;
- Eligibility for a traineeship (compulsory);
- Interest in recruitment and selection;
- Good communication and organisational skills;
- Proactivity, dynamism and willingness to learn;
- Team spirit and people orientation;
- Driving licence (preferred).
