At Wellow we are looking for Billing Consultant to help ensure that everything involving invoicing runs smoothly, accurately and efficiently.
WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO
- Validate information from the Payroll team
- Issue invoices and credit notes - no margin for error
- Ensure that the entire invoicing process is in place on point (from start to finish)
- Confirm that everything complies with accounting and tax rules
- Supporting customers and answering questions (with the support of the team)
- Resolve incidents quickly and efficiently
- Create reports and monitor performance of the process
- Helping to make processes simpler, more automatic and more efficient
- Supporting other administrative tasks related to the area
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Training in Management, Accounting, Finance or similar
- Attention to detail expert
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Critical thinking and focus on solving problems
- Easy to communicate and work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn, improve and challenge the status quo
