We are looking for Head of Purchase & Facilities to lead these two critical areas in an integrated manner, guaranteeing efficiency, control and value creation.

THE CHALLENGE

Leading the Purchasing and Facilities, The Group's supplier management team is responsible for ensuring an integrated approach to supplier management from a group perspective, promoting cost optimisation and structured facilities management, contributing directly to the Group's performance, efficiency and sustainable growth.

WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO

  • Define and implement the global Procurement & Facilities Management;
  • Structuring and optimising purchasing processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance and value creation, across all brands;
  • Developing and implementing strategic sourcing and supplier management policies;
  • Leading negotiation processes with key partners, ensuring competitive and sustainable conditions;
  • Manage the portfolio of suppliers and contracts from a long-term perspective;
  • Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency;
  • Defining the governance and management model for the facilities, ensuring consistency between locations;
  • Supervising global facilities management from a strategic perspective with operational control;
  • Monitoring and optimising the Group's fleet management, ensuring efficiency and cost control;
  • Leading space expansion, remodelling and rebranding projects (including local accommodation for operational teams);
  • Ensuring legal, regulatory, environmental and safety compliance in the areas under responsibility;
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs, promoting a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Managing budgets and ensuring financial rigour;
  • Leading, developing and structuring teams and/or external partners.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Solid experience in leadership roles in the areas of Procurement and/or Facilities Management;
  • Strong experience in negotiating, managing suppliers and contracts;
  • Experience in multi-site contexts and complex operating environments;
  • Ability to structure processes, policies and management models for Purchasing and Facilities;
  • Strategic vision with a strong focus on efficiency and results;
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills;
  • Analytical and data-orientated profile;
  • Experience in managing teams and various stakeholders;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel valued);
  • Willingness to travel.
