We're looking for Applications & Integrations Lead / Business Applications & Integrations Manager to join the Innovation and Quality Department and take charge of the team responsible for the management, development and integration of the Group’s application ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO
- To lead and develop the Software, Applications & Integrations team;
- To ensure the management, stability and development of the Group’s core applications;
- To provide second-line application support;
- Coordinate configuration, corrections and application updates;
- Manage suppliers and technology partners;
- Ensure integration between systems, APIs and automated processes;
- To assess the feasibility and technical impact of the identified requirements;
- Provide technical support for projects led by the Digital & Business Transformation department;
- To ensure the documentation, continuity and continuous improvement of application solutions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management or a similar field;
- Experience in the management of business applications and information systems;
- Experience in team leadership and supplier management;
- Knowledge of ERP, HCM, ATS and system integrations;
- Experience with PHC will be valued;
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with technical and business departments.
