Do you want to lead the creation of a premium gastronomic project from the ground up?

Wellow Network is launching a new concept in the area of premium catering, focused on exclusive gastronomic experiences for private and corporate events with the ambition of positioning itself as a benchmark in the premium segment in Portugal.

We are looking for Head of Catering & Business Development to take the lead on this project - with direct responsibility for its development, growth and market positioning.

The challenge

       This function combines strategic vision, business development and operational leadership.

       More than managing events, we're looking for someone who can creating, selling and scaling a business.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Define and execute the commercial and growth strategy, with direct responsibility for revenue
  • Building from scratch corporate and private client portfolio
  • Identify, develop and close business opportunities in the premium segment
  • Developing strategic partnerships and activating acquisition channels
  • Leading the catering operation, ensuring excellence in execution
  • Working closely with the gastronomy team to create differentiating experiences
  • Structuring processes, operating models and quality standards
  • Position the project as a benchmark in the market for exclusive experiences

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proven experience in business development in the field of events, catering or premium hospitality
  • History of customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Active network of contacts in the corporate, events or lifestyle segment
  • Ability to building and scaling a project from the ground up
  • Strong results orientation, autonomy and sense of ownership
  • Experience in managing demanding clients and complex projects
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills

WHAT DO WE VALUE?

  • Experience in signature gastronomic concepts or fine dining
  • Knowledge of the events market in and around Lisbon
  • Experience in launching or growing projects
