We're looking for a HR Consultant to join our team of Recruitment & Selection, strengthening its ability to identify, attract and select qualified professionals for projects in various sectors of activity.

What are you going to do?
- Managing recruitment and selection processes from A to Z;
- Developing sourcing and talent attraction strategies;
- Interviewing and assessing candidates;
- Drawing up assessment reports and presenting candidates to clients;
- Managing and monitoring a portfolio of clients, guaranteeing excellent service;
- Identifying business opportunities and new recruitment needs;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the area's processes and tools.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Higher education in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a similar field;
- Previous experience in recruitment;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Orientation towards objectives and results;
- Autonomy, proactivity and organisational skills;
- Team spirit and willingness to learn continuously.
