Senior Project Manager – Digital & Business Transformation (M/F/D)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Digital & Business Transformation to join the Technological Innovation Directorate, with responsibility for management end-to-end strategic digital transformation projects, the implementation of new technological solutions, systems integration and the continuous improvement of the Group’s processes.
This role will play a central part in liaising between business units, technical teams and external partners, ensuring that projects are successfully delivered and have a real impact across the various companies within the Wellow Network.
THE CHALLENGE
As part of the Technological Innovation Department, you will be responsible for coordinating projects across the Group’s various brands, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technological solutions and operational delivery.
WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO
Project Management and Digital Transformation
- Lead projects relating to digital transformation, software implementation, systems integration and technological modernisation;
- Monitor the entire project lifecycle: needs assessment, requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, training, adoption and stabilisation;
- Define project plans, priorities, timetables, resources, risks and monitoring indicators;
- Monitor deadlines, costs, dependencies, risks and the expected benefits of initiatives;
- To ensure a structured, efficient and results-oriented approach to implementation.
The Link Between Business and Technology
- To identify, analyse and document functional requirements in consultation with the Group’s various brands and departments;
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams and external partners;
- Act as the main point of contact between operational teams, technical teams and suppliers;
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams;
- To ensure that the solutions implemented meet business needs;
- To facilitate communication and coordination between all parties involved.
Financial Management and Reporting
- Monitor project budgets, investments and costs;
- Produce regular reports on the progress of initiatives, risks, obstacles and next steps;
- To support decision-making by analysing results, risks and opportunities;
- To ensure the efficient management of resources and investment in technology;
- To identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and operational efficiency.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Engineering or similar fields;
- Proven experience in technology project management, digital transformation or the implementation of business systems;
- Experience in end-to-end project management, from requirements gathering through to delivery and stabilisation;
- Experience in implementing business solutions and software projects;
- Ability to identify, analyse and document functional requirements;
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and stakeholders from different sectors;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid models;
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese and a good knowledge of English.
We particularly value
- Experience in multi-company environments or corporate groups;
- Experience in ERP, CRM, HR, ATS, outsourcing, business intelligence or systems integration projects;
- Experience in managing technology suppliers and external partners;
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or equivalent certifications;
- Knowledge of process automation, artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
